Can I shop AM in person?
At this time, AM is strictly an online shop. 

How do I update the address on my order?
If you notice that you've listed the incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible via our email: hello@ana-morais.com Regrettably, once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we are unable to guarantee an address change. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I cancel my order?
Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we are unable to cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I include a gift message?
Regrettably, we do not offer gift messages at this time.

When will my order arrive?
The estimated expedition date is about 5 to 15 business days, from the order confirmation day.

Can I order a custom piece?
Yes, of course. Send us an email to hello@ana-morais.com and tell us what's on your mind.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, unless you receive an item that's defective or incorrect. Please send us an email with the picture of the piece within 2 (two) business days after receiving date. We'd be happy to source a replacement or process a refund. 

Please note, all made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and our team recommends using a service that provides shipping insurance. AM does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or damaged in transit.

Do you offer trade discounts?
We are not offering trade discounts at this time. However, we love working with trade clients and intend to make this available in the near future for selected items.
